We use Google Analytics to measure this site's traffic (pages viewed, visitor origin, time spent). Your data is accessible to the Terra & Form team. The contact form uses the Google service (Google Workspace / Apps Script) to deliver messages by email; this provider may process data outside Thailand. In accordance with Section 28 of the PDPA, we take steps to ensure this transfer is subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your enquiry, then deleted within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention is legally required or you request otherwise.
