What kind of projects does Terra & Form take on?
We take on new-build residential projects, renovations and extensions, as well as interior design, commercial fit-outs and brand identity work. See our Services page for more detail.
Where do you work?
The studio is based in Bangkok and works mainly in the city and its surrounding area. For a project elsewhere in Thailand, get in touch: we review every enquiry individually.
What does the process look like, step by step?
Every project follows four stages: framing (site, brief, budget, timeline), design (spatial and material direction), development (drawings, details, visualisations) and delivery (coordination and site follow-up through to handover).
How long does a project take?
It depends heavily on scope. An interior fit-out can be designed in a few weeks, while a new residence or a major renovation takes several months, permits included. We give you a precise estimate after our first conversation.
What budget should I plan for?
Budget varies with the type, size and finish level of the project. We discuss it openly from the framing stage onward, to build a proposal that matches your means.
Do I need a building permit?
For new construction or a major renovation in Thailand, a permit is generally required. We handle the regulatory studies and coordination with the relevant authorities on your behalf.
What happens during the first conversation?
You tell us about your project through the contact form; we reply within 48 working hours to set up a first conversation and understand your needs, your site and what you have in mind.
What languages can I use with the studio?
We also work with clients in French and Thai.
How is my personal data used?
